We are a UK-wide consultancy providing procurement, commercial and management consultancy services to public and private sector organisations. Our focus is straightforward: help clients run well-governed procurement activity, make decisions that are properly evidenced, and set contracts up for successful delivery after award.
Our primary offer is procurement and commercial consultancy, supported by management consultancy and optional quantity surveying capability where it strengthens the procurement or delivery outcome. We support clients across local authorities, central government and ALBs, housing associations, transport infrastructure, utilities, and private sector Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and suppliers.

Civiconterra Consulting Group Ltd is led by two directors with complementary backgrounds across procurement/commercial management and delivery-side contract governance. We work directly with clients, providing senior-led support from the outset and staying accountable for outcomes throughout.

I’m a public sector procurement and commercial specialist with 14+ years’ experience across government, local authority and major infrastructure environments. I support the full commercial lifecycle, from sourcing strategy and tender governance through evaluation, negotiation, mobilisation and supplier performance management, always with a strong focus on compliance and audit-ready decision trails.

I bring delivery-informed commercial governance experience from built-environment and contract delivery contexts. I support scope clarity, documentation discipline, mobilisation and performance controls aligned to framework and public contract requirements, and I’m familiar with NEC and JCT environments.
